ASHLEY ROBERTSON BEDARD

Director of Vision and Opportunity (Broker/Owner)

Ashley started her career in the lending industry in 2003 before discovering her true passion in real estate sales.  She has been blessed to help numerous clients with the purchase and sell of their properties, and has been able to use her versed knowledge in various related fields: credit repair, insurance, notarial, and the lending industry to assist her clientele through the transactional process.

Her dream was always bigger, though. In 2011, she obtained her Broker’s license with a vision of owning a real estate company that brought forth innovation, collaboration, a positive environment; a place where Real Estate Agents could achieve balance and betterment in their lives, and a company that focused on the community. After running her own independent boutique office, she decided to bring even more value by joining the #1 Real Estate Company in the World, RE/MAX! The possibilities are endless, and the RE/MAX Regal Team is here to help!

LIZ JENKINS

Director of Operations and Property Management

Liz joins us with an extensive background in office management, most recently spending 6 years in the commercial and residential property management space. She handled all facets of the operation, including the coordination of property development, maintenance, bookkeeping, and day to day operations.

She enjoys working with people, and is active in the community. For the past few years, she has served on the PTA board for her son’s school, volunteered at her church on the culinary missionary team (she likes to cook!), and helps where she can in the little league community.

Passionate about breast cancer research and awareness, Liz has twice completed the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk, most recently leading a team to raise over $14,000 for Breast Cancer research and funding.

She is excited to be returning to the real estate industry, and aspires to be an agent herself.

SARA HUNT

Director of Marketing and Technology

Sara joined RE/MAX Regal in August 2016. A creative writer by education and writer/editor/newsletter crafter by trade, she brings her passion for communication and talent for marketing to the front desk. After college, she spent 3 years at a local private non-profit school in the Marketing, Development and Communications office; at RE/MAX Regal she brings the same skills to bear on our social media, monthly newsletters, website, and message.

When not working with words for RE/MAX, Sara’s often writing or editing freelance jobs. When pried away from the keyboard, she’s most often found with her horses or monopolized by one of her two cats.

SARAH LEYVA

Director of Client Retention and Expansion

Sarah is a music-loving, coffee-drinking, happy-to-help agent and is glad to assist at any stage of your real estate adventure. As Director of Client Retention and Expansion, Sarah spends most of her time providing top-notch customer service and coordinating smooth transactions to ensure a wonderful client experience. With her knack for unique marketing and broad range of professional experience, from custom design to client advocacy, Sarah is a trusted resource to help you every step of the way.

RYAN ROBERTSON

Director of Maintenance

Originally raised in Cincinnati, Ryan moved to San Diego where he fell in love with the city and a certain Broker/Owner. He is ecstatic to fill the role of Director of Maintenance in his free time. His job subtitles include Barista, Plumber, Computer Technician, Janitor, Driver, Electrician, Entertainer, and Dog Walker.
